InfluFarm Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of InfluFarm ("InfluFarm", "we", "us" or "our"), including the InfluFarm application and the InfluFarm website at influfarm.com (together, the "Service"). These Terms apply only to the InfluFarm Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InfluFarm, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use InfluFarm.

2. Description of Service

InfluFarm is a content creation and social media platform that lets you import a social media content format and generate your own original posts, hooks, captions, images, and slideshows from it. InfluFarm also lets you organize that content in a library and publish it to social media accounts you connect to InfluFarm. We may add, change, or remove InfluFarm features over time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your InfluFarm account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your InfluFarm account
• Ensuring your use of InfluFarm complies with applicable laws and platform policies
• The content you create and distribute through InfluFarm

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use InfluFarm to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Spread spam, misinformation, or harmful content
• Violate the terms of service of social media platforms you connect to InfluFarm
• Engage in deceptive or fraudulent activities

5. Payment and Billing

Paid InfluFarm plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. InfluFarm reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your access to the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

InfluFarm and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using InfluFarm.

7. Third-Party Platforms

InfluFarm integrates with third-party social media platforms. InfluFarm is not responsible for changes to those platforms' APIs, policies, or availability. Your continued access to those platforms is subject to their own terms of service, and you remain responsible for complying with them when using InfluFarm.

8. Disclaimers

InfluFarm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. InfluFarm is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from your use of its content creation or publishing features.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfluFarm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or social media account access.

10. Termination

InfluFarm reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your InfluFarm account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

InfluFarm may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
